Our poultry farm was founded in 2016, and our mission has remained consistent ever since. We specialize in rare heritage poultry breeds known for producing beautiful eggs. We offer day-old chicks, fertile hatching eggs, and started young pullets to customers across the United States. At CSP, we are committed to sustainability and believe that raising healthy poultry starts with high-quality feed, humane treatment, and, most importantly, the finest breeding stock. To ensure the highest quality, we keep our flocks small and manageable.
All of our poultry is raised right here on our farm. Unlike many large hatcheries that don’t raise their own birds, we take pride in overseeing every step of the process. After all, how can you truly know the quality of what you’re producing if you’re not directly involved?
We are certified poultry testers by the state of Illinois and proud members of the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP). Starting in 2022, our farm became one of only two in the U.S. to regularly test for Mycoplasma Gallisepticum, Mycoplasma Synoviae, and Avian Influenza. Now, that’s something worth crowing about!
